Project consists of 17 buildings including a 23790 SF office building, a 30,00 SF vehicle maintenance garage and other related support structures. Tenant improvement work for 21,880 SF of office space located in Arlington Virginia. Work completed included demolition and construction of interior partitions, plumbing, electrical, data and finishes.

Mixon Bath and Racquet Club

Preconstruction services for the construction of a new swim and racquet facility to be constructed in North Charleston SC. Complete labor and material estimation services for all divisions in the General Contractor's scope of work (underground site work, grading, restaurant equipment and pool not included in bid package). Project includes two buildings for a total of 6370 SF, which contain a bar, dining room, kitchen and exercise/flex room. Site work and related structures included bike barn, cabanas, trellises, decks and patios. Broad & 17th Street Lofts - Chattanooga Tennessee

Provided detailed lumber takeoff for a new 5 story Multi-Family wrap style apartment project for General Contractor. Detailed takeoff enabled General Contractor to save a considerable amount of money by purchasing the lumber package direct, instead of buying out turn-key package. Project consists of conventional wood framing, mixed with partial concrete podium with light gauge metal framing and parking garage.  

Ashley Knoll Condominiums

Complete demo and replacement quantification of all exterior elements including: roofing, siding, sheathing, brick veneer, windows, doors, exterior trim, rails, gutters, AC disconnects, fire alarm, vents, signs, louvers, shutters etc, as well as select structural framing. This project consists of seventeen buildings with 408 units, three story multi-family condominium conversion with approximately 473,000 square feet.

Marine Corps Res. Training Center Vehicle Maintenance Facility

Material quantification for maintenance facility project as part of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast in Charleston SC. Project included framing, finishes, doors and frames. Project size is 4392 square feet.

Great House- Necker Island-British Virgin Islands

Material quantification services for all structural and architectural components for the reconstruction and addition of ultra high end Caribbean resort home of Richard Branson, chairman of the Virgin Group of companies, during the Design Development phase. Components estimated include cast in place concrete, structural steel, masonry, framing, decks, and finishes. Home is approximately 20,500 SF under roof with an additional 15,000 SF of terraces and decks.

South Bay Services Building- Moskito Island- British Virgin Islands

Complete material quantification services for Desalinization plant. Project consists of an 8700 SF reinforced concrete structure with stucco and masonry exterior, TPO roof with Photovoltaic Panels. Material quantified included complete purchase list of all structural concrete, site cast concrete, reinforcing, accessories, mill work, finishes, miscellaneous metals, thermal and moisture protection, and miscellaneous specialties.

Parcel 4 Nevis

Complete material estimation services for resort home located on the island of Nevis in the Caribbean islands. Project consist of 3470 SF luxury resort home with 550 SF terrace and outdoor living area; designed with concrete and masonry construction. Materials estimated include landscaping hard scape, concrete, reinforcing, masonry, framing, roofing, finishes, electrical, data and security.

Material quantification for flooring of an apartment complex consisting of 12 apartment buildings plus a leasing office located in North Charleston, SC.

Mira Vista Condominium Reconstruction Improvements

Material estimating services and labor scope identification for the demolition and renovation of a 12 building condominium project and clubhouse. Material and labor quantification for demolition, landscaping, decks, siding, stucco, framing, doors and windows, roofing, concrete slabs, flooring, insulation, paint, mold remediation, HVAC, electrical, and fire suppression. Electronic material takeoffs and site verification of conditions in the field; were conducted as well as photo documentation of all buildings per recommendation of structural engineer.
