David Varner recognized a need in the Construction Industry. Technology in construction has been rapidly increasing as well as the demand put upon Construction Management Professionals including Estimators, Schedulers, Superintendents, Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and Executives. We set out to meet the needs of these professionals by providing "Technically-Oriented Construction Services". The first and foundational service to be offered is Material Quantification Services, aka Quantity Surveying, Estimating, etc. using On-Screen Takeoff® as the primary tool.

With huge demands upon precious Human Resources, many do not have the time to perform the the huge task of material quantification. Many experienced Estimators, Executives, and Managers do not have time to learn to use the technology; or if they do know how to use it, they need to dedicate more time to other aspects of their business. That is why we offer services in Construction Estimating and Software Training.

With over twenty years in the Construction Industry, David Varner has a well-rounded background of experience and education. This background includes working as a Sub-contractor, General Contractor, Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, and Owner's Representative. Having worked in the field, in the office, and as an Owner, he understands how critical a thorough and complete takeoff and estimate are to your bottom line.
